Our Story
Andy-Gas was born out of a simple mission: to provide the local community with safe, affordable, and reliable LP Gas solutions without the hassle. We understand that in today’s fast-paced world, you don’t just need a gas cylinder—you need a service that is punctual, professional, and personal.
Delivery & Returns
At Andy-Gas, we are committed to getting your energy to you safely and quickly. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we deliver and our policies on returns.
1. Delivery Information
Where we deliver: We currently serve Johannesburg northern suburbs, East Rand suburbs, Centurion, and Pretoria East suburbs.
Delivery Times: Orders placed before 10:00 AM are typically delivered the same day. Orders placed later will be delivered the following business day
Shipping Costs:
Flat Rate: We charge a flat delivery fee of R50 per order outside of the free delivery zone
Free Delivery: Delivery is free to the listed suburbs
2. The Exchange Process
Like-for-Like: When ordering an "Exchange," please ensure you have an empty cylinder of the same size ready.
Cylinder Condition: We accept all major reputable gas brand cylinders, provided they are in a safe, non-damaged condition.
Access: For 48kg deliveries, please ensure there is clear access to your gas cage or installation point so our team can perform the swap safely.
3. Returns & Refunds
Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities.
Return Period: You may request a return or exchange within 2 days of delivery.
Condition of Items:
Gas Cylinders: Returns are only accepted if the safety seal is intact and unbroken. Once a seal is broken, we cannot accept a return for safety and quality control reasons.
Defective Valves: If you find a fault with the cylinder valve upon connection, please contact us immediately at 083 408 6474. We will swap it out for a functional one at no extra charge.
Refunds: If you cancel an order 24 hours before delivery, a full refund will be processed via Netcash. If a return is made after delivery (with the seal intact), the refund will be processed minus the delivery fee.

Will I get a receipt? Absolutely. An automated tax invoice will be emailed to you immediately after your payment is successful.
What if I need to cancel? If you pay online and cancel before delivery, your refund will be processed securely back to your original payment method.
